To ensure you have a smooth experience during your visit to the convention at Suntec Convention Centre Hall 404, please follow this general plan for navigating through the event space:

Entrance

• Enter through the Esplanade MRT station (CC3).

• Use EXIT B, which will lead you directly to the Suntec Convention Centre.

Movement Through the Convention Centre

• After entering, make your way towards Hall 404.

• Doors 2/11 will be the main access points for attendees coming from CCL TWD Harbourfront and CCL TWD Marina Bay.

• If you're planning to meet with specific exhibitors or attend talks, prioritize your time accordingly.

Exhibitor Hall

• Once inside Hall 404, exhibitor booths will be arranged in numbered aisles.

• Follow the aisle numbers to locate specific booths.

• If you're looking to lobby con, designated areas will be marked for such activities.

Panels and Workshops

• Panel discussions and workshops will have separate rooms within Hall 404.

• Check the event schedule for timings and room numbers.

Breaks and Food

• Food courts and rest areas are positioned around the perimeter of Hall 404.

• Visiting these areas during off-peak hours is recommended to avoid long lines.

Exit Strategy

• Plan to leave before the closing time to avoid congestion.

• Remember, the event ends at 7:30 pm on the 18th of Feb 2024.

• Make use of both Doors 2/11 for a swift exit towards the MRT station.
